We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day however, this may be slightly longer during busier periods. We will keep you updated with the progress of your order and a dispatch email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped along with the relevant tracking information.

Europe
Please note orders to EU are now subject to Import Duties and Taxes. Since 1st January 2021, parcels to Europe are subject to customs and duty fees. This means that goods shipped between EU countries, UK mainland and Northern Ireland have to clear customs and on most occasions require you to pay the fees. Please keep this in mind when placing orders with Artisans Du Maroc as this may also impact usual delivery time lines.
Custom charges are to be covered at the buyers cost and are also non-refundable.
EU shipping fees are set at a flat rate of £20. We are happy to ship internationally and require you to contact us directly for a quote as costs vary based on weight and per country.
